Our connection with the Hospital

IRSL is a research institute affiliated with the AP-HP university hospital group (GHU). North – Université Paris Cité, which comprises the AP-HP teaching hospitals in northern Paris: Beaujon, Bichat–Claude-Bernard, Bretonneau, Lariboisière–Fernand-Widal, Louis-Mourier, Robert-Debré, Saint-Louis and Paul Doumer.

The IRSL’s location within the heart of the Saint-Louis hospital campus provides it with both geographical and intellectual proximity to the hospital departments and medical teams at Saint-Louis Hospital. This location fosters close collaboration and the development of translational research networks at local, national and international levels.

Within the IRSL, several research teams are led or co-led by university hospital researchers, including the Director of the IRSL: Prof. Jean Soulier.
